Gift certificate terms
Alle gift certificates are valid for five years from the date of purchase. The purchase date and exact expiry date are stated on the certificate or in the accompanying email. Certificates may be transferred to another person and more than one certificate may be used for a transaction. A customer is not required to use the full value in one visit. Where more than €1 remains, the balance will be provided in a form permitted by Irish law. Certificates are issued after payment has been confirmed. Lost certificates should be reported promptly; replacement is subject to verification of the original purchase record.
